Trata-se de um belo livro totalmente colorido, com fotos de qualidade, que dever\u00e1 ser muito \u00fatil para quem aprecia a culin\u00e1ria japonesa.<\/p>\n<p>A comiss\u00e3o Bunkyo Rural partipou da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do texto da hist\u00f3ria, da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e das aplica\u00e7\u00f5es dos principais ingredientes da culin\u00e1ria japonesa produzidos no Brasil. O livro traz ainda receitas pr\u00e1ticas de todos os ingredientes apresentados. Participaram ainda da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do conte\u00fado, a ADESC &#8211; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Senhoras Cooperativistas, a consagrada chef Telma Shiraishi; o produtor cultural Jo Takahashi; a consultora de etiqueta japonesa, Lumi Toyoda, produtores de ingredientes e outros especialistas.<\/p>\n<p>O lan\u00e7amento contou com degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas importadas, sorvete de mochi, missoshiru, bolo de rolo, e muito mais!
